Freeze the extrusion and coating specification
Issue one controlled RFQ with the drawing revision, alloy and temper, dimensional and straightness tolerances, critical dimensions, cut length, fabrication operations, visible-face rules, and intended use. For powder coating, define pretreatment, powder system, colour reference, gloss, texture, film-thickness range, exposure class, approved sample, and batch-acceptance method.
A quoted “RAL colour” alone does not establish an equivalent finish. The substrate, pretreatment, powder chemistry, cure control, measurement method, and acceptance sample all affect performance and claims.
Turkey and China on one Germany delivery basis

Germany landed-cost model
Compare the same delivered quantity to the same German address. Keep goods, tooling amortisation, origin charges, main freight, insurance, current customs/origin treatment, import VAT cash requirement, destination handling, broker, inland delivery, unloading, inspection, and rejection sensitivity visible. Confirm the exact CN/TARIC basis and any current trade measure for the specific profile before purchase.

Decision gate
Do not rank Turkey and China until both suppliers have answered the same RFQ and provided packing data. The lower price per kilogram is not a saving if the finish, die scope, utilization, or replenishment cycle is different.
